1.Currently, most low-end and inexpensive endoscope cameras
on the market are based on security surveillance cameras, where the sensor
and processor are integrated on the same circuit board, resulting in high
heat generation and a high failure rate over extended periods of operation.
2.Low-end cameras are basically made up of a camera head and a backend
signal converter board, which can easily cause signal attenuation and instability.
3.Failing to pass medical EMC and safety regulations certifications,
the rectification process is very complicated.

Software
|
1.The camera sensor with an ultra-large target surface (1/1.8")
is more suitable for endoscope applications: it still performs
excellently in terms of color and clarity even under low light condition.
2.Specifically targeting the color temperature of the light source for
medical microscopes, we calibrate the colors under a professional-grade
color temperature light box to ensure accurate color reproduction and
prevent color cast after bleeding.
3.Leveraging the inherent advantages of Sony's back-illuminated sensors,
their ultra-high sensitivity makes them particularly suitable for ophthalmic
microscopes; with an ultra-wide dynamic range, even if nearby teeth
obstruct the view, distant tissues remain visible.
4.The self-developed intelligent photometry algorithm suppresses the
reflection from instruments, enhancing the comfort of during surgery.

1.Most industrial security cameras, based on the software adjusted
in industrial security environments,generally exhibit poor clarity and
color reproduction under low-light conditions in endoscopy;
2.Industrial security cameras have not been specifically calibrated
for medical surgical scenarios: the white balance is inaccurate, colors
are skewed after bleeding, and the transparency and dynamic range are poor;
no adjustments are made to deal with reflections from metal instruments
